It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that the aforesaid respondents are avoiding the service of notice for the reasons best known to them.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaids respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punniya Nagri, Marathi' Amravati Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
