The original appeal was preferred by the claimant challenging the award passed by the reference Court. This Court, vide detailed order dated 07/02/2024, had partly allowed the appeal. The present application prays for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body with this Court.

Considering the fact that the appeal was dismissed in the month of February 2024 and claimants were deprived of their property, I am inclined to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with accrued interest.
