JUNE 19, 2025 1) The applicants/appellants moved this application for permitting them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the respondent No.2 in this Court. It is further prayed that the said amount be disbursed in the bank account of the power of attorney holder, i.e. applicant No.1 Gopibai wd/o Prakash Ade.
2) Perused the record. It appears that, in compliance with the judgment dated 24/04/2024, the respondent No. 2 has deposited the enhanced amount of compensation, along with accrued interest thereon, in this Court. Therefore, the applicants/ appellants filed this application along with a copy of power of attorney executed by applicant Nos.2 and 3 in favour of applicant No.1 Gopibai, wherein it is stated that applicant No.2 and 3 has no objection to disburse the said amount in the bank account of applicant No.1 Gopibai, in responce learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has given no objection for disbursement of the said amount.

The Registry is directed to transfer the amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon deposited by the respondent no.2, in the bank account of the respective applicants/appellants, if they have provided their bank account details or in the bank account of applicant No.1, Gopibai, on her furnishing her bank account details.
4) If the amount is transferred into the bank account of applicant No.1, she is directed to submit her affidavit to the satisfaction of the Registry about the distribution of the said amount to applicant Nos. 2 and 3 within two weeks after the receipt of the said amount.
