JUNE 25, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.1 has moved this application for permitting him to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) Having considered the reasons stated in the application as well as no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount, along with the accrued interest, upon furnishing the usual undertaking. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.1 within two weeks on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the registry.
