As stated in the application, notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondent because he was not found on the given address. It is further stated that appellant tried to search the detailed address of the respondent No. 1 but could not get the same even after enquiry.

Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No. 1 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Deshonnati, in Marathi language', Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
