Deshmukh.

Present application is filed by the applicant/appellant for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the Judgment and Award dated 16.02.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No.346/AMT/AKL/2019 of Mouja Amboda, Tq. Akot, District Akola. The applicant herein is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount within one week.

In view thereof, the application is allowed as prayed for.

There shall be stay to the effect, operation and execution of the Judgment and Award dated 16.02.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No.346/AMT/AKL/2019 of Mouja Amboda, subject to deposit of entire decretal amount within a period of one week.
