No. 1644/2025 in First Appeal No.706/2019 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 24.06.2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon respondents by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that the address of the respondents given in the cause title is the same address on which they are residing. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Lokshahi Warta" Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
