NO. 1648/2025 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 977/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 06/05/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon respondent No. 1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the notice could not be served because respondent has left the place.

Further it is stated that the applicant is not aware about the new address of R.No. 1 and R.No. 1 is not in contact with either the appellants or R.No. 2. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No. 1 by way of paper publication and also prays for grant of hamdast.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra Marath', Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Hamdast be granted.
