By this application, the appellant seeks permission to deposit amount of compensation in accordance with order dated 14-11-2025. Although by order dated 27-06-2025 an interim stay was granted and the appellant was granted 08 weeks time to deposit the amount, however, the same was not deposited, neither any application was submitted before expiry of the said period. It is now submitted that earlier the funds were not available and now after the funds are ready, the cheque for the amount can be deposited. 3.
Having regard to the fact that an interim stay was granted subject to deposit of amount, now considering the request, the appellant needs to be permitted to deposit the amount only in the interest of justice, however, subject to costs of Rs.3000/- to be deposited in Public Welfare Account No.129712010001014, IFSC Code-UBIN0812978, within a period of four weeks from today. The receipt of deposit of costs be placed on record. 4.
Appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque for the amount of Rs.23,89,542/- within one week from today 5.
Application is allowed and disposed of.

This is an application by the appellant for direction to the registry to record deposit of amount of Rs.1,14,78,222/- as an amount of deposit in another matter filed by the same appellant in First Appeal st.No.6619/2025 pending before this Court. It is pointed that the above mentioned amount was required to be deposited in the other matter, however, inadvertently, the cheque was deposited in this case and therefore a request is made for direction to the registry to record the said deposit in other matter namely First Appeal St. No.6619/2025.

It has to be noted that in First Appeal St. No.6619/2025, the respondents are not served and as such there is no opposition to the application. 4.
The deposit of amount in other matter appears to be by way of inadvertence and same needs to be corrected. Hence, the application is allowed. Registry is directed to record deposit of the amount of Rs.1,14,78,222/- as deposit of the compensation amount in First Appeal St. No.6619/2025 for the purpose of record.
