CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO.1737/2025 1.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within eight weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 25.11.2019 in LAC No.49/2015 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha subject to deposit of the entire amount within eight weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
