By the present application, the applicant/ employer seeks condonation of delay of 482 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 18.12.2023 passed in FECA Application No. 8/2022 passed by the Commissioner, under the Employees Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Gondia. 3.

By the present application, the applicant seeks production of additional evidence on record.

By the present application, the applicant/ employer seeks stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and order dated 18.12.2023 passed in FECA Application No. 8/2022 passed by the Commissioner, under the Employees Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Gondia.

Considering the nature of the claim as well as the grounds set out in the application, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and order is hereby stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant tendered a pursis dated 20.01.2026 across the bar, which is marked as "Article-A" and stated that the applicant has already deposited the entire compensation of Rs.7,77,739/- before the Labour Court, Gondia and also annexed a copy of the receipt to the pursis.

In view of the above, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed. The application stands disposed of.
