ATE : JUNE 26, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for permitting him to withdraw the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, as the appeal was dismissed on 30/10/2015, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. 2) Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest thereon.

3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of applicant/respondent No.1 within four weeks as per the Award on his furnishing bank account details to the Registry.
