DATED : 28-07-2025 Civil Application No.1768/2025 The applicant-respondent No.4, being the mother of the deceased, has filed this application to permit her to withdraw her share from the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. However, she has not served a copy of the application on respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who are the widow and son of the deceased, respectively.

Hence, the applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application on the respondents Nos. 1 and 2, who are also entitled to receive compensation.
