CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1797 OF 2025 3.

The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur along with interest accrued thereon, till the date of deposit, within five weeks with this Court.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 16/03/2024 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No.543/2014, subject to deposit of the entire amount within five weeks, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
