This is an application for condonation of delay of 272 days in filing the statutory appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay of 272 days occurred on account of administrative reasons in filing the statutory appeal.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the delay of 272 days does not appear to be intentional and the application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. Delay of 272 days in filing the statutory appeal is hereby condoned.

In view of that, civil application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4611 OF 2025 6.
This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. Applicant is the original
2 41-CAF-1796-2025.odt claimant, who is seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

Considering the fact that the amount of compensation is deposited in accordance with the judgment and award dated 16.03.2024 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-4, Nagpur, which is to be paid to the dependent of the deceased, at this stage the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest subject to furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
