JULY 30, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 40 days caused in filing the first appeal, for which learned counsel Mr. Kale, for respondent No.3, has strongly objected.
2) Besides raising oral objections, respondent No. 3 has not filed any reply to the application to oppose it; hence, I do not find substance in the said objection. Therefore, considering the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed as prayed.
3) The delay of 40 days in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal shall be registered accordingly. FIRST APPEAL (STAMP) NO. 9763 OF 2025 1) Heard.
2) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
