CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1919 OF 2025 4.
The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by Authority along with interest accrued thereon, till the date of deposit, within eight weeks with this Court.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 20/09/2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Land Acquisition Case No.2518/AMT/BLD/2020, subject to deposit of
