Heard learned counsel appearing for the nonapplicant / original claimant and learned counsel appearing for the appellant - Insurance Company. 2.

Leave to amend the prayer clause of civil application is granted.

By the present application, non-applicant / original claimant seek permission to withdraw the claim amount of Rs.11,80,989/- with accrued interest as per the judgment and award dated 08/10/2024 passed in Application WCA No.(B)-80/2014 by the learned Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act and Judge, Second Labour Court, Nagpur.

Considering the nature of dispute, it would be just and proper to permit the non-applicant No.1 / original claimant to withdraw 50% compensation amount with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of.
