By the present application, the applicantacquiring body seeks condonation of delay of 35 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 20.08.2024 passed in Case No. 1476/AMT/AMT/20 by the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 22.06.2026.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent nos. 2 and 3.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1940/2026 6.

By the present application, the applicant/acquiring body seeks stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 20.08.2024 passed in Case No. 1476/AMT/AMT/20 by the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur. 7.

For the reasons stated in the application, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned award is stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The application stands disposed of.
