This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. Learned Counsel for the applicant himself states that although the application was filed seeking withdrawal of the amount, it was revealed to him that the amount is not at all deposited and therefore there is no question of withdrawal of the amount. 2.

In view of this, the application is rejected granting liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application if situation arises.
