JULY 21, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company in this Court. 2) Learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company has strongly objected to the withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the insurance policy of Auto-Rikshaw was fake.

3) Having considered the above submissions and reasons disclosed in the application, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicant/respondent No.1 to withdraw 60% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking.

4) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.1 within five weeks on furnishing usual undertaking and his bank account details to the Registry.

5) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
