2) The appellant has moved this application to permit it to deposit the awarded amount along with interest in this Court, for which the learned counsel for the respondents has given no objection.

3) Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed.

4) The applicant is permitted to deposit the amount in this Court by 16/06/2025. Upon deposit of the amount and after its encashment, the same shall be transferred to the District Court, Yavatmal, for disbursement to the original applicant, i.e., respondent No.1.

5) Upon transfer of the amount, the same shall be paid to the original applicant/respondent No.1 immediately as per the award.
