2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has received the Cheque, but the same would lapse on 30/06/2025; therefore, he seeks two weeks' time to deposit the new Cheque.

3) In view of the above, the applicant/appellant is permitted to deposit the Cheque by 14/07/2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. 4) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
