DATED : 17.07.2025 Applicants/appellants have filed this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent No.2, in this Court, for which learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 has given no objection, as the appeal was allowed by the judgment and order dated 15/04/2024.

Learned Counsel for the applicants also submitted that applicant Nos. 1[b] to 1[f] have executed the power of attorney in favour of the applicant No. 1[a] to collect the amount on their behalf into her bank account. Therefore, he submitted that the Registrar be directed to transfer the said amount into the bank account of Jijabai Pandurang Ade.

Considering the above facts and no objection of respondent No.2, the application is allowed as prayed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank account of applicant No. 1[a] Jijabai Pandurang Ade, within four weeks on her furnishing her bank account details to the Registry. JUDGE Jayashree....
