No.1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid R.No.1 could not be served for want of correct address.

Further, it is stated that the appellant tried to search the detailed address of the respondent, but not getting the same even after enquiry. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No.1 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.No.1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper at Nagpur in Marathi, in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
