JULY 02, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent No.3 in the Court, for which learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has given no objection, as the appeal has already been disposed of on 07/02/2024.

2) Considering the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection given by the learned counsel for respondent No.3, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount lying in this Court. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount lying in this Court to the bank account of the applicant/appellant on his furnishing his bank account details to the Registry.

4) The learned counsel for the applicant/appellant further submitted that the respondent No.3 has not deposited the entire

2 10-CAF 2212.2025.odt amount of compensation and therefore, it may be directed to deposit the remaining balance amount in the Court. 5) In response, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submitted that the remaining balance amount will be deposited within eight weeks from today.

6) His statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. If the respondent No.3 fails to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time, necessary orders will be passed against it. 6) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
