No.2 and R. No. 3 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondents could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that the appellant tried to ascertain another address of aforesaid respondents, but no other address except the one mentioned in the cause title of the Memorandum of Appeal is available.

Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper namely "Marathi Mahasagar" Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
