DATED : 28-07-2025 Civil Application No.2265/2025 The applicants-respondents No. 1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant, for which the learned Advocate for the appellant has no objection.

However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as after going through the impugned judgment, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw 50% amount of the compensation along with accrued interest thereon. 3.

As such, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing the usual undertaking. 4.

The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transfer 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant to the bank accounts of the applicants as per the award within five weeks on their furnishing a usual undertaking as well as bank account details to the registry. Civil Application is disposed of.
