Present application is filed for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 02/08/2024, passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur in M.A.C.P. No. 31/2017.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the total decretal amount shall be deposited within a period of six weeks.

In view of this submission, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 02/08/2024, passed by the learned Extra Joint District Judge and A.S.J., Achalpur in M.A.C.P. No. 31/2017

2 912-FA No.1229.2025 is hereby stayed subject to deposit of total decretal amount within a period of six weeks.
