AUGUST 26, 2025 1) The applicants/respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(e) have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objection raised by the learned counsel for the appellant. Hence, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing the usual undertaking. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit 75% of the total compensation amount, along with interest thereon, to the bank account of the applicants within six weeks upon their furnishing an undertaking and their bank account details to the Registry. 4) List the appeal for final hearing in due course.
