JULY 14, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent has filed this application for permitting her to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants in this Court, for which the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellant has given no objection. 2) It further seems that the First Appeal was dismissed for non-compliance with the order dated 24/10/2008. 3) Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that appellants have not taken any steps for restoration of the appeal, and she has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount by the applicant.

4) It further appears from the Office note that the appellants have deposited the amount in this Court on 17/03/2011.

5) Having considered the above facts, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant/respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount along with interest accrued thereon.

2 05-CAF 2230.2025.odt 6) The Registrar(J) is directed to transfer the said amount along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of the applicant within four weeks on her furnishing her bank account details to the Registry.
