This is an application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for grant of stay to judgment and award dated 28.10.2024 in Case No.3042/AMT/BLD/2022 by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur.
