This is an application for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing the statutory appeal.

In response to the notice on this application, Advocate Mr. K.J. Topale, appears for respondent No.1. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.2 and 3-State.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the delay of 57 days occurred in the process of obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for filing statutory appeal on behalf of the applicant. He submits that the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application and submissions advanced, the application is allowed and the delay of 57 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of.

Learned Advocate for the applicant/appellant submits that the entire decreetal amount along with accrued interest till 31.03.2025, is deposited, in accordance with the order dated 09.01.2026, passed by this Court.
