This is application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for grant of stay to judgment and award dated 28-10-2024 in Case No.3041/AMT/BLD/2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur.
