JULY 14, 2025 1) The appellant Insurance Company moved this application for permitting it to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- and entire compensation amount of Rs.9,35,897/- deposited by it and lying in this Court, for which learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 'claimants' and learned counsel for respondent No.6 'driver' have given no objection. 2) None appears for respondent No.5.

3) It also appears that by judgment dated 25/04/2025, the appeal filed by the Insurance Company was allowed and the Insurance Company was exonerated from the liability to pay compensation and original respondents Nos. 1 and 2, i.e. respondent Nos. 5 and 6 herein, have been held jointly and severally to pay the said compensation.

4) In view of the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The applicant/appellant Insurance Company is permitted

5) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant/appellant Insurance Company within four weeks on furnishing its bank account details to the Registry.
