No.1 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid R.No.1 could not be served for want of correct address.

Further, it is stated that the appellant is unaware of new address of R.No.1. Also, R.No.1 is not in contact with either appellant or R.No.2. Thus, the appellant wants to serve R.No.1 by way of paper publication and by way of Hamdast.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon R.No.1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navrashtra' Marathi, Nagpur edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Hamdast be granted.
