JULY 30, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit her to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of the learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest thereon lying in this Court on a usual undertaking.

4) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon in the bank account of the applicant within five weeks on her furnishing bank account details and usual undertaking to the Registry.
