JULY 31, 2025 1) By the present application, the applicant/respondent No.3 seeks permission to deposit the Cheque of the compensation amount in this Court.

2) Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.3 submitted that he has received the Cheque and will deposit the same within one week. His statement is accepted. 3) In view of the same, the application is allowed. The applicant/respondent No.3 is permitted to deposit the Cheque in the Court by 07/08/2025.

3) On deposit of the Cheque and realisation of the same, the Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank accounts of the appellants in equal proportion, as per the award, on their furnishing their bank account details to the Registry within five weeks.
