This is an application for respondent no.1 seeking permission to withdraw the amount.

The contention is that in connected matters arising out of the same award, 100% amount is permitted to be withdrawn, to which the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has conceded.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsels for both the parties, permission is granted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, on furnishing usual undertaking.

Verification of respondent nos.2 to 7 may be done through respondent no.1, being their constituted power of attorney. However, the amount of compensation be
