JULY 21, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1 and 2 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which learned counsel for the appellant has objected. 2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, I do not find substance in the formal objection raised by the appellant in that regard. In view of the above, the application is partly allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest upon furnishing a usual undertaking. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 75% amount of the total compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon in the respective bank account of the applicants/respondents No.1 and 2 as per award within a period of five weeks on furnishing a usual undertaking, as well as their bank account details to the Registry.

4) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
