This Court by order dated 17.07.2025 directed the respondent no.3 to deposit the balance amount in installment of 5,00,000 by 25 ₹ th of every month from August, 2025, till the entire payment is satisfied. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.3 states that in terms of order dated 17.07.2025, he has deposited the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the Registry of this Court. 3.

The respondent no. 3 undertakes to deposit the amount as per the above said order.
