Considering the reasons mentioned in the memo of appeal and submissions of the respective counsels appearing for the parties, respondent no.1/applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking.
