AUGUST 14, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, as well as no objection given by learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of the applicant as per the award within eight weeks on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.
