JULY 29, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has moved this application to permit him to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon deposited in the Court, for which learned counsel for respondent No.1 has given no objection, as the appeal has already been partly allowed on 18/08/2023. 2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of learned counsel for respondent No.1, the application is allowed as prayed.

3) The Registrar(J) is directed to transfer the compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon, if any, lying in this Court, in the bank account of the applicant within five weeks on his furnishing bank account details to the Registry.
