By this application the applicants/original claimants seek withdrawal of the enhanced amount of compensation. It is pointed out that the instant appeal is decided by judgment and order dated 29.08.2024 and the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of the amount of enhanced compensation.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute this position.

Since, the appeal is already disposed of, the claimants are entitled for withdrawal of the amount. 4.

Office is directed to permit the applicant No.1 to withdraw the amount after getting satisfied about authenticity of the PoA in favour of the applicant No.1 and subject to identification of the parties.

In view of this, the application is allowed and disposed of.
