By this Application, the Appellant is seeking direction to Registry to accept the Affidavit of Respondent No.1. 2.

The learned Counsel for Appellant has pointed out that the name of Appellant No.1E is recorded in the present Appeal as 'Meera Ashok Shinde', the daughter of deceased, as one of the legal representatives, however, in the Adhar Card her name is recorded as 'Chanda Ashok Shinde'. According to the Appellant, after her marriage the name was recorded as 'Sau. Chanda', and therefore, there is a difference in her first name. It is also stated by the Appellant that separate affidavit is filed before the Registry stating that 'Meera' and 'Chanda' are one and the same person. 3.

By this Application, on affidavit it is now stated that 'Meera' and 'Chanda' is the same person.

Registry is directed to accept the affidavit of Appellant No.1E, and accordingly, permitted the Power of Attorney Holder to withdraw the amount.

In view of this factual position and as no objection has been raised by any one on this aspect, Civil Application is allowed as prayed.
