DATE : 27.03.2026 This is an application filed by the appellant/VIDC seeking permission to withdraw the excess amount which is already deposited. Although learned counsel for appellant submits that the appellant has deposited an excess amount of Rs.2,00,23,014/-, learned counsel for respondent No.1(a) to (g) submits that the excess amount is only Rs.1,89,07,746/-.

Learned counsel for the appellant, therefore, submits that the appellant be permitted to withdraw this amount of Rs.1,89,07,746/- which is undisputedly an excess amount.

Considering these submissions, the civil application is partly allowed. The appellant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.1,89,07,746/-, which is stated to be deposited in excess of the due amount.
