This Court vide order dated 6/2/2025 permitted the Claimants to withdraw the amount through Power of Attorney executed in favour of the Respondent No.1. However, during verification the Office has raised objection that names of three Respondents are not correctly recorded in the Power of Attorney. 3.

It is stated that the Respondents have executed Special Power of attorney dated 20/1/2025 and therein correct names of the Respondents are recorded.

By this Application, the Respondent Nos.1(A) to 1(D)

2/2 2.caf.2670.2025 in fa.586.2013.odt seeks direction against the Registry to consider the correct names as stated in paragraph No.4 of this Application, and accordingly, release the amount as ordered by this Court on 6/2/2025. 5.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to consider the correct names which are stated on the strength of Special Power of Attorney executed in favour of the Respondent No.1 dated 20/1/2025, and accordingly disburse the amount in the matter.
