JULY 29, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant Insurance Company seeks permission to deposit the Cheque of Rs. 4,20,226/- in the Court, for which learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 seeks time to file reply.

2) Considering the factual position of the case, I do not find substance in the contention of learned counsel for respondents to grant him time to file reply, as such, his prayer is rejected. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed, as the appeal has already been disposed of on 15/07/2024.

3) The applicant/appellant Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the Cheque of the compensation amount in the Court by 04/08/2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.

4) On deposit of the Cheque and its encashment, the Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the said amount along with interest accrued thereon into the bank accounts of respective
