JULY 29, 2025 1) The applicants have filed this application to bring their names on record as legal heirs of appellants No.1 and 2, as during the pendency of the appeal, appellant No.1, Balkrushna, expired on 09/05/2025 and appellant No.2, Suman, expired on 20/04/2022, for which learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has given no objection.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection of learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, the application is allowed as prayed. Accordingly, the applicants are permitted to bring their names on record as legal heirs of appellants No.1 and 2. The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks, and the amended copy of the appeal memo shall be supplied to the other side. 3) List the matter on 12/08/2025.
